Whole Wheat Apple Donut Cake
Enjoy your homemade apple cake, perfect for dessert or a delightful snack!
2 ½ cups multi purpose flour
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup applesauce
1 cup apple cider
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup apple cider
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan.
Combine wet ingredients for cake. Stir until well combined.
Add dry ingredients, stir until smooth.
Pour into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes before flipping pan over.
While cake is baking prepare glaze by mixing, powdered sugar and apple cider together until smooth.
