Our family takes pride in growing, cleaning and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your enjoyment. If you ever feel we need to correct any portion of your order please contact us using the form below. We answer questions Monday through Fridays and normally within 24 hours.  

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy:

Orders are fulfilled immediately, seven days a week.  After your order is fulfilled we will be unable to make any changes, including cancellation.  Due to the large volume of orders we are receiving and size of orders we are shipping on time for you, it is very important you make your changes right now.  

If a package is damaged in transit we will make it right - don't worry, just email us ONCE (not many, not one per minute) at customerservice@palousebrand.com.  As funny as this sounds, these are real life situations and we want to make sure we are providing the best possible customer experience and are setting realistic customer response expectations.

If you refuse delivery a minimum restocking fee of 50% and up to 80% of the order value will be applied once all product is returned undamaged.  

Unfortunately, we had to implement this policy change due to buyer abuse and we apologize in advance.

Due to Food Safety Regulations, we are not allowed to accept returns. Please email us at customerservice@palousebrand.com and we will help resolve any issue.

Shipping Policy:

*We have recently updated our carrier to UPS.  You may still see USPS boxes as we cycle through the last few.  Please note this change to UPS may mean product will not arrive for 5 days (this was previously 2-4 days).  We will continue to get them out same day.  

All orders are processed same day, seven days a week. Orders are not shipped on holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We use UPS 3-5 day shipping.  

Shipping Rates:

We offer FREE SHIPPING to all 50 states. (This excludes the shipping of buckets to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.)

Promo (discount) Codes:

How to use a promo code: 

Fill your cart at palousebrand.com and continue to the checkout page. Enter your discount code where prompted, click "apply” and your subtotal will adjust automatically. 

General terms & conditions for promo codes: 

  • Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
  • Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with other percent off or any other promo codes.  
  • All our codes are limit one usage per customer per code.  
  • Promo codes cannot be used in combination with recurring subscription discounts.  
  • Promo codes can be used on Clear Creek and Palouse Brand products unless otherwise specified.  

(some promo codes may have specific t&c's, if so we will update our above FAQ promo code section and list out that code specifically).  

Conditions of Use:

We grow the highest quality dried beans and grains that meet or exceed USDA standards. The most modern equipment is utilized in the cleaning of these products. As with any natural product, there is the possibility of some foreign material being present. The product should be thoroughly sorted, inspected and washed prior to any cooking or consumption.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of this product. There are no additional warranties expressed or implied. Beans and grains must be stored in a cool dry area. Stock must be rotated according to age to help prevent insect and rodent infestation.

Privacy Policy:

This site is hosted by Shopify. Shopify hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Shopify automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate.
