This hearty salad by Eating Well
makes a great option for Father's Day. Hearty with Wheat Berries and Chickpeas, this salad also adds a little extra flavor depth with feta cheese.
Who doesn't love the extra little salty "pop" of Feta in their salads? If you want to keep it vegan, try a vegan feta option. Also for each 1/2-cup serving of cooked wheat berries there is more than 4 grams of fiber, making this salad a healthy option too. Shop Wheat Berries.

Can't help but share our very own Black Bean Burgers, as we think they are pretty darn good and will impress any dad (or anyone) out there. These black bean burgers hold their shape really well thanks in large part to the dense texture of the dried black beans. The best part about these burgers is that they are so quick and easy. The whole process from start to finish will take just 30 minutes and just one prep dish! Shop Black Beans.
Last by not least, we couldn't not include a plant-based (vegan) dessert recipe for Dad's Day. These BEST vegan brownies by Karissa's Vegan Kitchen

Bring in the kids to help mix this one up! Try making with our Multi-Purpose White Wheat Flour.
