These Clear Creek Green Lentils are sourced from a Montana family farm in our efforts to provide sustainable foods grown in the rich Pacific Northwest soil. Green Lentils take less than half an hour to cook on the stove without any prior soaking and have an earthy flavor with hints of pepper. They are incredibly versatile and can hold their shape after cooking or puree into a rich creamy blend as well.
