Our Clear Creek Green Lentils are now packaged in our 25 pound emergency, long-term storage buckets. These buckets are 3.5 gallons and are an optimal size for easy storage in any kitchen or pantry. Each bucket is equipped with a rubber gasketed lid that will create an air-tight seal inside the bucket and keep these lentils fresh even after opening. These Clear Creek Green Lentils are sourced from a Montana family farm in our efforts to provide sustainable foods grown in the rich Pacific Northwest soil. Green Lentils take less than half an hour to cook on the stove without any prior soaking and have an earthy flavor with hints of pepper. They are incredibly versatile and can hold their shape after cooking or puree into a rich creamy blend as well.
Palouse Brand brings you Clear Creek foods sourced from neighboring Pacific Northwest farms that are then packaged in our facilities. Palouse Brand facilities are audited annually by multiple agencies to ensure we are providing high quality food safe products. Through these food safety regulations, we provide a Best By date of 3 years. However, when stored properly in air-tight containers like these emergency, long-term storage buckets, our Green Lentils can last decades. Bucket color may vary between blue and white.
