These Clear Creek Light Red Kidney Beans are now packaged in our 25 pound emergency, long-term storage buckets. Each bucket is equipped with a lid that includes a rubber gasket which will create an air-tight seal on the bucket ensuring that your kidney beans stay fresh even after opening the bucket. Our buckets are 3.5 gallons and their compact design makes for optimal storage in any kitchen or pantry. Clear Creek Kidney Beans are sourced from a neighboring Washington State farm, have varying shades of red, a deep nutty flavor and hold their shape really well when cooked. They do require about 5-8 hours of pre-soaking, followed by boiling for 40-60 minutes.

Clear Creek foods are sourced from neighboring Pacific Northwest farms and are then packaged in our facilities to bring our customers a wider variety of flavors from the rich Pacific Northwest soil. Palouse Brand facilities are audited annually by multiple agencies so that we can continue to provide high quality food safe products to our customers. Through the regulations from these agencies, we provide a Best By date of 3 years, however, when stored correctly in air-tight containers like these long-term storage buckets, your kidney beans can last decades. Bucket color may vary between blue and white.

*Due to the size and dimensions, buckets shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will be charged a flat rate shipping fee per bucket at checkout. This only includes our buckets, all other products ship for free.
