Additional Sizes 4 LB Linen Bag

Clear Creek Black Beans are sourced from a Washington State farm. Locally grown, Pacific Northwest products like our black beans are the perfect pantry staple. Clear Creek's 4 pound Black Beans are packaged in our reusable, drawstring linen bags. These bags are made from 100% cotton with water based ink on the front making them plant based and environmentally friendly.

Our Black Beans are grown in some of the richest soils in the Pacific Northwest, producing a fresh taste and texture. Dried black beans are easy to use in the kitchen, without any prior soaking they take just 45 minutes to cook. These beautiful beans have a dense meaty texture and hold their shape well after cooking. We love to cook with our black beans, making vegan burgers, chilis, burritos and refried black beans.

HOW TO SPROUT BLACK BEANS

1 Cup Dry Black Beans

Rinse beans in cold water, then drain a total of three times. Transfer drained beans to a 1 quart glass jar and cover beans with cold water. Cover the jar with a paper towel and secure with a rubber band then let sit 12 hours.

Drain beans and re-cover, letting sit at room temperature. Rinse and drain the beans 1-2 times daily until sprouted.

Black Bean Burger Recipe

These black bean burgers hold their shape really well thanks in large part to the dense texture of the dried black beans. The best part about these burgers is that they are so quick and easy. The whole process from start to finish will take just 30 minutes and just one prep dish! Like we said, there aren’t enough words to praise these beans and burgers.
