There's always something happening, and we love bringing you along for the ride.

On the Farm

It’s official: the 2025 planting season is underway! We’ve been eagerly waiting for dry fields and clear skies, and now that they’ve arrived, our farm crew hasn’t wasted a second. As soon as the sunshine hit, they were out there, planting and putting in long days and sometimes longer nights.

So far, we’ve got lentils and spring wheat planted—two essential crops for us here on the Palouse. Up next: green split peas and chickpeas. These legumes are more than just crops—they’re part of the rhythm of life out here. Our region’s rich soil makes it ideal for growing nutrient-dense legumes that end up on tables across the country.

Farming this land is a labor of love, and we know it wouldn’t be possible without a community like you that values where your food comes from. This month, we’ll be sharing more behind-the-scenes moments from the fields—muddy boots, sunrises over the wheat, and more! Keep an eye out on our socials and the website!
