  • 1 tsp. green split peas
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. whole raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp. whole raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp. carob chips
  • 1 tbsp. whole flaxseed
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches

  1. Place above dry ingredients in your NutriBullet with the milling blade, mill them and set aside.
  2. Place leafy greens in your NutriBullet, add fruit and/or veggies, and add dry milled ingredients.
  3. Next, add water to the max fill line.  Place extractor blades on the container and blend it up.
