If you ordered our products through Amazon, they will take care of the customer service for your order. We choose to use Amazon because of the great shipping savings our customers enjoy. If your order was fulfilled through Amazon please contact them directly for customer support.

 

Conditions of Use:


We grow the highest quality dried beans and grains that meet or exceed USDA standards.  The most modern equipment is utilized in the cleaning of these products.  As with any natural product, there is the possibility of some foreign material being present.  Customers need to thoroughly sort any foreign matter.  All products should be thoroughly inspected and washed prior to cooking or consumption. 

 

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of this product.  There are no additional warranties expressed or implied.  Beans and grains must be stored in a cool dry area.  Stock must be rotated according to age to help prevent insect and rodent infestation.

How To Return An Item:

   
 

1. Please email to request a refund, include a reason for return, and we will assign you a tracking #.

3. Please include the original reciept in your package.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

    USPS
    UPS
    FedEx
    DHL

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order $4.95/order. Palouse Brand only ships in the contiguous United States and to physical mailing addresses, not P.O. Boxes. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska however additional freight charges will apply - please contact us for details.
