    • Non-GMO
    • Our products are certified by the Non-GMO Project. Our family believes each customer has the right to know more about their food. So we partner with organizations to give you the security of knowing what you are eating.

    • Non-Irradiated
    • We do not irradiate our foods - an accepted practice that exposes food to radiation. Since we don't irradiate you can sprout our products with the exception of the Split Peas (once we split the whole pea in half it doesn't sprout). Extra care is required when using irradiated products. Our foods need to be stored in dark cool places.

    • Field Traceable
    • Map the bag of food in your hands to the field in which we grew it! Each product comes with a product code that allows you to trace it back to exactly where we farmed it.

    • Kosher Pareve
    • Annually our farm, farm storage and cleaning facility are thoroughly inspected by Rabbi Jack. The term Kosher Pareve means the food is neither meat nor dairy and Pareve foods may be mixed with either meat or dairy, but not both.

Palouse Brand grows a variety of small brown lentils called Pardina Lentils which are difficult to find in North American grocery stores.

Our Pardina lentils are extremely versatile. You can use them in your baked goods or even as an alternative protein and have delicious foods to share. Our absolute favorite lentil treat is this amazing Carrot Cake. Palouse Brand lentils are triple cleaned in order to bring the highest quality product to your kitchen. Our lentils are some of our best sellers thanks to their versatility, high protein content and sustainability.

Palouse Brand is a 5th generation, family-owned and vertically integrated farm that grows, cleans, processes, packages and ships premium legumes and grains directly to consumers. We grow our own products in Eastern Washington and provide information like field location, crop photos and harvest dates. We work hard to include our customers in every aspect of our farm to table process.

Beyond our passion for farming, we value helping people live healthier. We strive to support our customers’ pursuit of health by providing premium nutrient-rich products, transparency, recipes, guides, and five star customer service.

Chuck has worked at the farm as our resident mechanic since 1981. Born and raised in Pullman, he and his wife have raised their two sons here and are now getting to enjoy time with their grandchildren. Over the years, they have loved the family centered environment of the farm, becoming family themselves.

His love of farming brought him to work on our farm all those years ago and he has always looked forward to harvest season where he can see the year’s hard work come to fruition. He enjoys the variety of projects he does throughout the year and knowing that he is an integral part of keeping everything running smoothly.

Ruby has worked packaging your wheat berries and legumes since the Spring of 2020 when the COVID-19 Pandemic was in its first full swing and Palouse Brand was experiencing a large surge of orders. Her favorite moment since working with us was getting to experience harvesting our Soft White Wheat from the seat of our combines and then seeing the product make its way from the field to her bagging line.

She loves the flexibility that her job provides on weekends and holidays so that she is able to travel and visit family more easily. The security of health and dental insurance has also greatly impacted Ruby’s life for the better, as she is able to better care for her health. In her day to day she loves getting to DJ and blast her favorite mood music.
