White Whole Wheat All-Purpose Flour: Has a protein content of 10.5% as well as a mild, sweet flavor. This whole grain flour is best used in recipes for products with a tender crumb, like muffins, cookies and cakes. If the recipe uses baking soda or baking powder and call for all purpose flour, you can substitute our whole wheat all-purpose flour.
