All about your Small Brown Lentils! We hope you find the following information informative. Your bag of Palouse Brand Small Brown Lentils are Identity Preserved. The field we grew your food in is displayed on the Google Map below.

Our harvest runs annually, August and September. These lentils were seeded April 2, 2017and Harvested by our combines on September 10, 2017.

We are Food Alliance Certified and our food is certified Kosher Parve and Non-GMO Project Verified. Our lentils are processed in a facility that does not process dairy, eggs, nuts or soy.

    Tyler Mertes

    Tyler Mertes has been with the farm 10 years. He was born and raised in Albion, WA. He just recently moved to Pullman, with his wife of five years Kate. Tyler graduated from LCSC with an A.A.S. in Welding in 2015. They look forward to raising a family in the area. He loves fertilizing and driving truck.  With his favorite time of year being harvest. That every day is different is what he finds enjoyable about his job. Tyler is excited to be doing exactly what he has always wanted to. He also finds that his co-workers make his job rewarding and fun. .
