Clear Creek Green Lentils are sourced from a Montana family farm. We strive to bring high quality, sustainably grown dried green lentils from the Pacific Northwest to your kitchens.

Cooking green lentils or French green lentils takes less than half an hour without any prior soaking. Our fresh green lentils have an earthy flavor with hints of pepper and are versatile enough to maintain their shape or puree easily. They make an excellent green lentil dal and the French puy lentils can be combined beautifully with garlic and thyme for an easy side dish.
