With Spring around the corner (phew we made it), it feels like a time for celebration and renewal as new buds start to pop and, here at the farm, we start planning and planting our fields for next year's crop.  Spring also kicks off the excitement of fresh produce and an  abundance of seasonal fruits and vegetables.  To get you cooking we wanted to share some of our favorite Spring recipes. Thank you for this list of great springtime recipes! I’ve added most of them to Paprika, my favorite recipe management software.

I don’t buy much from Palouse but, what I do buy, has always been eminently satisfactory: hard red wheat berries, split peas and garbanzo beans (so far). I’m sure I’ll be both reordering and buying more of your products.

One small thing: Of the recipes on your list, one wasn’t complete, your 3. Chopped Salad Pizza. It didn’t include a link to “Get recipe here.”

Just thought you’d like to know.
